If you are looking for a console (Xbox, Play Station, Nintendo, Wii, etc.) and find one that is advertised as having downloaded games, check whether or not you actually get the games as well. The games may be attached to the owner's account, and once the owner removes their profile from the console, cancels their subscription or signs in on their new console, the games on the old console drive are not playable by the person who bought it.
If you are the seller and do not cancel or remove your account from the console, the buyer may be able to make purchases on your account which may be attached to your credit card.
