1. **Program Overview**
- **Ages**: We offer tutoring for two age groups—5 to 12 years and 13 to 18 years.
- **Hours**: Tutoring sessions run from **Monday to Thursday, 6 PM to 9 PM**.
- **Limited Spots**: Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited availability.
2. **Code of Conduct**
- All students are expected to respect tutors, peers, and the learning environment.
- Disruptive behavior, including bullying or disrespect, will result in immediate intervention and potential dismissal from the program after a warning.
3. **Attendance & Punctuality**
- Regular attendance is required for consistent progress.
- Please inform us 24 hours in advance for any absence or late arrival.
- Repeated unexcused absences (more than 3 per month) may result in dismissal from the program.
4. **Parent Involvement**
- Parents are encouraged to communicate regularly with tutors about their child’s progress.
- Monthly check-ins will be scheduled to discuss the student’s development and any necessary adjustments.
5. **Payment Policy**
- Tuition is **$40 per session** for ages 5 to 12 & or **$50 per session for ages 13 to 18**
- Payments must be made in advance for the upcoming week
6. **Refund & Cancellation Policy**
- No refunds for missed sessions unless canceled by Baker’s Study Squad.
- If you need to cancel your child’s enrollment, please provide a 1-week notice.
- Pro-rated refunds may be available for cancellations, depending on the number of sessions attended.
7. **Safety & Emergency Protocols**
- Students will not be released to anyone other than a parent or pre-approved guardian.
- In case of emergency, we will follow the contact information provided during enrollment.
