This project took 20" out of the spare room that wasn't needed and added 8' of storage to the hall along with a wall of doors.

This project extended the master bedroom by 5' with an addition that is supported by the lower storage room floor.

As part to the same reno we were able to remove 2 closets from the entry to the 2pc bath and install a full tub and a 4' vanity to replace the 3' that was there. The closet space was replaced by custom closets above the re finished, now built in dresser and chest of drawers.

We even do decks from time to time as long as they are unique and challenging. One of these has a 16' wide set of stairs. That's the widest stairs I have ever done and I have done a lot of stairs. The other is unique in the railing being 8x8 posts really bring out the western, rural look.
