Spring Services

Core Aeration
Description: Cores of the earth are pulled from the soil freeing roots and softening soil to promote better-growing conditions
***Note: Cores disappear within 7 - 10 days or can be removed

Dethatching(Power Raking)
Description: Removal of dead matter from between the soil and the grass. 
Includes power raking and bagging of old thatched. also includes clean up and removal of all grass

Fertilizer + Over-seeding Application
Description: Single application of fertilizer and grass seed following aeration and dethatching

Cutting

Single 1-time cut
Includes single grass-cutting and trimming service with grass bagging and removal included.
