Selling Unreserved by a TIMED ONLINE AUCTION will be a Quarter Section (160 acres) East of Glendon - Right on the North Side of Highway 28 and RR 472.  

Heated Shop, Storage Quonset, Partially Enclosed Shop, 1119 sq ft Bungalow with Full Basement Built in 1964.  Presently occupied and they are interested in renting the house and shop for approximately $1500 per month from the new owners. 

There is also a 9000 sq ft hog barn with a very nice 4 room attached office. This building alone could have many different uses. 

There is also a gravelled built up grain yard where most of the bins are now located with a stand by gen set along with a heavy power supply.  All grain bins sell Monday, April 19th. 

There are approximately 100 acres cultivated and it was seeded in to wheat in 2020.  This quarter section and yard could have variety of different uses.
