Nancy Beamish will teach Patchwork.  If you have a friend or a relative who does quilting this might be something that could become a gift for them.  There are many patterns out there and your choices are infinite!  If you choose a pattern with an “all over” design (crazy quilt?). then it would be worth your while to have 2 or 3 coats painted and fired on your porcelain item prior to the meeting.  However, there are also designs that are more open and have a plain white background so it is up to you.

Just bring your regular paints and an item to paint on.
