• we can fit a king bed, a desk, a dresser, and a recliner chair, and 2 night stands
• has its own bathroom attached with a huge air tub

Main floor

• has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, the kitchen and the living room
• bedroom 1 - can fit twin bed, 2 book shelves, toys, desk and chair
• bedroom 2 is a little bit smaller but not much, fits a twin bed, 2 book shelves, dresser and desk
• main bathroom is a full bathroom with a big tub
• hallway closet located outside main bathroom
• kitchen has a HUGE island, and a lot of cupboards and drawer space for storage - we use 3 island bar stools but could fit 4
• we bought a big stand up cupboard/cabinet and use it for the pantry in the kitchen
• kitchen floor is tile throughout, main floor is hardwood and master bedroom is hardwood, master bathroom and closet is tile, entrance way is tile, basement is laminate

Living room
has a gas fireplace

• access to the backyard and deck is located with a sliding patio door in the kitchen
• deck is big , can fit big bbq and patio set
• backyard is a very good size, we fit a play structure for the kids, a 15 ft trampoline, a climbing dome, a teeter totter. It has a fire pit with cement pads. We have also made a rock pad for installing a shed on if you wish. Around the bottom of the deck we finished it off with wood to seal it up, made a door so there is a lot of under the deck storage for winter time or those extra items.

We stained the deck and under the deck and fence all the same color.

I also build a massive 20ft x 18 ft backyard rink in the winter where the trampoline is in the spring and summer.

We replaced the whole fencing around the yard, and stained it in May 2023.

• the basement is laminate. So there is no carpet anywhere, which I like in case kids spill stuff.
• the home has central vac, and a central vac vent in the entrance and the kitchen
• entrance way to home - you can go either upstairs or downstairs when you enter. Entrance has a closet and access to garage.

Garage

• can fit 2 vehicles (we used to park both vehicles at once, until our family grew and our life developed. Now we park one vehicle, the motorbike, all the kids stuff and toys, and we have a gym all in there. So definitely a big garage. We invested in and got a garage heater installed in 2020.
• we replaced all of the shingles on the home in 2021
• we replaced the dishwasher in 2023
• we replaced the washer and dryer in 2022
• there is no sump pump, never had any issues with regards to flooding or anything - I have even built a 20ft x 18ft rink in the backyard and nothing happened with regards to flooding.
• the driveway can fit 6 cars,2 rows with 3 across.

Length wise it can fit a 30ft 5th wheel camper

• front of the home has a deck for relaxing on as well, which we also stained
• basement has a bedroom which is bigger than the main floor bedrooms - It fits 2 book shelves, twin bed, car tracks, dresser, toys.

It has built in dresser drawers as well in the closet.
We have also purchased and installed an electrical heater on the wall to help maintain the proper temp in winter time for baby so the furnace doesn’t kick on a lot for that and cause the other children to feel too hot

• fridge has a water dispenser and is LG 2023
• basement bathroom is full complete with a tub
• basement and garage has the pipes roughed in for potential for in slab heating which we didn’t install
• basement has the ability to install a wood fireplace which we didn’t install
• lots of under the steps/entrance way storage is accessible from the basement
• location; walking distance to shoppers, 2 min drive to the mall, 6 mins to Walmart, central so 7 mins to the north, 7 mins to the base or 3 mins to no frills
• no sidewalk to shovel on this side of the road, just the big driveway.
