My husband and I are looking for a 3-4 bedroom house to rent in St.Paul. Must have finished basement, fenced, backyard, double car garage, pet friendly. RV parking would be a bonus. Would prefer a bi-level home with no upstairs. No Townhouses or duplexes. And no shared accommodations. We do not smoke/drink/party. We are a very quiet responsible couple that takes care of our rentals.

Family of 4 seeking a long term rental we have 2 dogs and a cat currently. They are all well behaved. We are clean and respectable and both work full time. Unfortunately the house we live in has currently sold and we need to be out by June 30th. Not too picky on price at the moment. We have landlord reference and have lived in our home for 2 years. Acreage or in town doesn't matter. Would prefer anything between Ardmore and Bonnyville and Cold Lake if need be. Any leads or options would be greatly appreciated! Would also consider a rent to own for the right price as well.
