Pine tongue and groove playhouse on treated deck with slide, rope ladder, deck railing. Lots of great memories but the kids have outgrown the playhouse so it needs to go to another family. The playhouse is stained, outside trim painted, shingled, and is wired with 2 outlets inside. This is a Toronto model from EZ log structures. New price is $5624 plus shipping, plus assembly, plus shingles, deck, stairs, etc… It will run you well over $10000 for new.
