Susie Laporta of Calgary, AB, passed away on Monday, April 6, 2026, at the age of 55 years. She is survived by her sister, Rosina Laporta, her brother and sister-in-law, Sergio and Karen Laporta, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She was predeceased by her father, Francesco Laporta, her mother, Concetta Laporta (nee Amoruso), and her sister, Antonia Piscionieri.

Relatives and friends are invited to Prayers and Tributes at McInnis & Holloway (Chapel of the Bells, 2720 Centre Street North, Calgary, AB) on Monday, May 11, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Corpus Christi Catholic Church on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. with Reception to follow.
