For Sale - Modded 1992 Peavey Block Letter 5150  $ 1800

Modded 1992 Peavey 5150 Block letter. When I bought the amp it had a dead output transformer in 2017. So I brought it to C4 Soundworks and had him replace it with an upgraded Mercury Magnetics output transformer and choke as well as bias modded it and a portion of the cameron mod was done too. We all know 5150's breathe fire to begin with, this one is just a really ideal sounding 5150, throaty, chunky; all the abstract words. It sounds like all those 2000's metal albums we all know and love. Comes with the original footswitch. Reason for selling is I've moved to a rack based setup that just fits my workflow better. I have owned it for 9 years. Located in St. Paul. Pretty firm on price.
