Hiring - Heavy Duty Service Technician

Xtreme Equipment in St.Paul is seeking a heavy duty service technician to join their team.

The Service Technician will:

* Be paid competitive wages.
* Be given advancement opportunities.
* Be offered continued factory training.
* Be offered benefits after three month probation completion.
* Be supplied a company laptop.
* Be familiar with tractors and equipment.
* Diagnose and repair customer, internal and warranty units.
* Recondition and repair equipment assigned by shop manager.
* Diagnose trouble and will plan methods in sequence of performing work required.
* Account for all time and materials used.
* Keep service manager advised as to how work is progressing.
* Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
* Maintain and care for shop tools and equipment assigned to them.
* Complete work orders with readable technician comments and details of all work done, serial numbers, hours etc…
* Report broken tools, shortages of supplies, etc.., as necessary to the service manager.
* Work with the service manager and shop supervisor in fulfilling the duties and responsibilities of their department.
* Promote loyalty and protect dealer image.
* Be capable of working together will all other staff members.
* Be required to work some Saturdays. Schedule to be determined on a monthly basis.
